She is survived by: her children, Kevin Leverett of Douglassville, TX and Gena Leverett of Horatio, AR; and her grandchildren, Kristal Jewell, Keagan Anne Leverett and Elle Mae Sannes. She is also survived by one great grandson, Bear Jewell and a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
