He was predeceased by: his father Earl Leroy; his brother Jason Pond; and his grandparents, Virgil, Marie Martin, James Walter and Laverne Pond.

He is survived by: his mother Patsy Ann Martin Pond of Horatio; his daughters, Summer Pond of Horatio, Winter Pond of Horatio and Autumn Fullerton of Horatio; the parent of his children Chavon Pond of Horatio; his sisters, Cynthia Gregory of Horatio and Melissa of Horatio; and his brother-in-law Jake Atwood of Horatio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
