It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Joan Morrison France (Horatio, Arkansas), born in Rodessa, Louisiana, who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Flo Morrison and Charles Morrison; and her husband Robert Harry France. She is survived by: her daughter Anita; her son-in-law Larry Bowren; her sons, Mark France of Horatio, Joel of Horatio and Shannon France of Horatio; her brother Don; her sister-in-law Billece Morrison of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Robert of Horatio, Elizabeth Langston of Horatio, Ethan of Horatio, Kayla Bowren of Horatio, Hannah France of Horatio and Kynnedi France of De Queen, Arkansas. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
