She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Owen and Dessie Owen; her husbands, David Bland and Wayne McWaters; and her siblings, Lois Baxter, Edward Owen and Albert Owen.
She is survived by: her children, Danna Sue McAllister (Brian) of Fort Smith, David Ray Bland of Lincoln, Debra Jeanette Irvan of Horatio, Linda Lois Bland of Shady Point and Bobby Don Bland of Shady Point, Oklahoma; and her brother Jesse Owen of Shady Point, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
