He is survived by: his spouse Lonnette Taylor of Horatio; his sons, David DeWayne Taylor (Amanda) of Horatio and Dustin Wayne Taylor (Samantha) of Horatio; his grandchildren, Jacob of Horatio, Sam of Horatio and Savannah Taylor of Horatio; and his siblings, Martha Bush (Alan) of Gillham, Ed Taylor of De Queen, Shirley Crum of De Queen, Betty Ruiz of De Queen and Judy Witt (Terry) of Brock, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
