He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lipsey and Bess Pennington Lipsey; and his brother Samuel Wesley Lipsey. He is survived by: his niece Lori Jane Lipsey O'Connor; his significant other Patricia Chander Lipsey of Horatio; and his sisters, Henri Ann Halter of Horatio and Judy Lipsey Cowling of Horatio. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins and many friends.
