He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern J. Rudder and Viola Dona Norman Rudder; his children, Dona Riddell and Darrell Otts; and his granddaughter Jennifer Otts.
He is survived by: his children, Wylie Floyd Otts of Bakersfield, Greg, Kellie Rudder of Horatio, Kim and Tris Thompson of Horatio. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
