He was predeceased by: his mother Senaida Hernandez Luna. He is survived by: his wife Graciela Luna; his father J. Conception Luna of De Queen, Arkansas; and his children, Katie Elizet Luna of Horatio, Berenice Luna of Horatio, Gustaro Luna of Horatio and Arturo Luna, Jr. of Horatio. He is also survived by six sisters and six brothers.
