He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Austin and Edith Irene Coffman (Herring); his siblings, Emma Lucille, Barbara Jean and Boyd; and his daughter-in-law Sherri Coffman.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Coffman (Jackson); his children, Travis Fane Coffman, Monty Shane Coffman (Julie Anna Coffman), Sheila Renee Walker and Charissa Rae Avila; his grandchildren, Coleby Austin Walker, Zachary Cheyne Walker, Monty Roan Coffman (Taylor Denae'), Gustus Wyatt Coffman, Alexandria Jade Avila, Nicholas Roger Wendell Avila (Bailey), Yancey Fane Coffman, Kennedy Mary Margaret Avila and Nina-Rhea Marie Coffman; his great grandchildren, Annalise Margaret Avila and Jonathan Charles Avila; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanne Smith and Sue Smith.
