It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vada Ivey of Hope, Arkansas, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tackett and Mindy Newsome Tackett; her husband Arthur Lee Banks; her daughter Penny Loe; and her grandsons, Casey Allen and Jesse Banks.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Banks (Misty), Gary Lee Banks (Cheryl), Larry Don Banks (Tammy), Steve Banks (Cindy) and Pamala Allen; her adoptive daughter Yvetti Stockli; and her siblings, Rance, Normal, Matthew, Arnold Tackett and Judy Lanham. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
