She is survived by: her husband David Applegate; her daughters, Meghan Applegate and Heather Smith (Jonathan); her granddaughters, Cara Ward, Sydney Smith and Madison Smith; her mother Linda Knighton; her grandmother Mary Jaynes; and her siblings, Andy Knighton (Samantha), Kelly Knighton (Rochelle) and Shayne Knighton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
