He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Johnson and Lester Johnson; and his brothers, Jimmy Ray and Eugene Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Brianna Smith, Kevin (Jennifer) of Hope, Roger Johnson Jr., Lynn Johnson of Hope, Mark (Sherri) of Hope, Rodney Johnson of Hope, Hunter (Lindsey) of Hope, Chris Brown (Brittany) of Millington, TN and Josh Johnson of Hope; and his siblings, Lynn, Lonnie Johnson, JoAnn Dease and Carla Stone. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brazzel Oakcrest Chapel (1001 S Main St, Hope, AR 71801). A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holly Grove Cemetery.
