He was predeceased by: his father Charles Hensley; his grandparents, Obie, Lillie Mae O'Dell, William and Effie Hensley; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Bess Rife.
He is survived by: his mother Mary O'Dell Hensley of Hope; his wife Cynthia Hensley of Hope; his children, Drew (Sativa) of Hope, Joseph of Hope and Julie Hensley of Hope; and his siblings, Chuck Hensley (Amanda) of Hot Springs, Randy Owen of Hope and Christie McKamie of Prescott. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and friends.
