He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Barham Purtle; his sons, Michael Purtle of Hope and Steve Purtle (Michelle) of Russellville; his grandchildren, Makayla Purtle of Hope and Dr. Ashton Smith (Drew) of Conway; and his great grandchild Beckett D. Smith of Conway.
