It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Harvel (Hope, Arkansas), who passed away on October 4, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Nellie Pauline Rodden Rushing; her husband Esthel Harvel; and her siblings, Billy Rushing and Jewel Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Harvel, Greg Harvel, Kim Carter Lane and Mike Carter; her siblings, Harold Rushing, Virginia, Johnny Rushing, Cathy, David Rushing, Evelyn, Jimmy Rushing, Brenda, Mary Applegate, Lucille Hawthorne (Doyle) and Dorothy "Polly" Willis; and her close friend Brad Lane. She is also survived by three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
