He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Dale Sr. and Mary Moss; and his daughter Elizabeth Kinchen. He is survived by: his close friend Sharon Hayes; his children, Adam, Jeffery, Eve, Angelia and Tabatha; and his siblings, Trent, Gary Wayne, Shelia, Janice, Cathy, Loretta, Teresa and Sharlene.
