He is survived by: his wife Patricia Powell of Hope; his children, Tina Talley (Moe) of Lewisville, Cheryl Powell of Hope and Tracy Powell of Thailand; his siblings, Nancy Dean of Stamps, Roderick Powell (Wanda) of Hope, Hillery Powell of New Hope, Rondale Powell of Hope and Burnice Powell of Hope; his granddaughters, Brittney Taylor of Benton, AR and April Clark Jeremy (Wayne); his great grandchildren, Jaden Ashalintubbi, Gage Ashalintubbi, Camryn Dickson, Maddox Dickson, Janey Talley, Stevie Talley, Knox Taylor and Jak Talley; and his sister-in-law Josephine Helms. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
