She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce Carboni, Terry Allison and Teresa Campbell of Hope, AR; her children, Lance (Allison Davis), Sean and Elizabeth Rogers (Beth) of Herndon, VA; and her grandchildren, Jesse Wooldridge, Tyler Davis, Ashlyn Davis, Lanay Cearley, Ashley Martin, Spencer Reynolds, Callahan Rogers and Donovan Rogers. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Joan's memory to one of the following causes, both of which were close to her heart: Arkansas School for the Deaf Foundation or the Fort Smith Regional Art Museum.
