He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Powell and Donie Tucker Powell; and his siblings, Raymon Powell and Mary Helen Hollis. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Rea Powell; his children, Jason Powell (Mel) of Alamo, TN, Denice Caldwell of Alamo, TN, Danielle Powell and Mallory Evans; his siblings, Doyle Powell and Jean Williams; his grandchildren, Jon Coburn (Marley), Josh Coburn, Grace Caldwell, Sarah Caldwell Carr (Scott) and Hannah East (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Cora Coburn, Conlee Coburn, Calvin Carr, Kenzie Carr, Jon-Finis East, Evelyn Leah East and Emmet Cleave East.
