He was predeceased by: his daughter Marceline. He is survived by: his siblings, Charlie "Butch" Boswell and Lynne Anne Hillis; his brother-in-law Bruce R. Hillis; his niece Amy Begemann; his great-nephew Richie Begemann; and his brother Kennedy Hull Boswell.
In 2022, Kyle returned to the states to take care of his brother Butch who was hospitalized during COVID and moved him to Arkansas where they lived together until Kyle left for Saudi Arabia in 2024.
