He was predeceased by: his parents, I. L. Parker and Amelda Parker; his great-niece Shelby Seabaugh; his great-nephew Parker Cooper; and his close friend Larry Burton (Bear).
He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda Seabaugh (Wayne), David Parker (Glynda) of Hope, AR and Jimmy Parker (Paula) of Russellville, AR.. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 4 nieces, 8 great-nephews, 8 great-nieces, 7 great-great-nephews and 4 great-great-nieces.
