She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Rinkle and Rose Smith Rinkle. She is survived by: her husband Tim Owens of Hope; her children, Ladd Owens of Hope and Laci Corbridge of Hope; her grandchildren, Tripp, Londynn and Kelly Grace; her sisters, Tina Rinkle Beard (Kevin) and Chris Johnson; her nephews, Blake Beard, Miles Johnson and Colt Johnson; and her niece Toni Eaves.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Kelly Owens Memorial Scholarship Fund at First National Bank of Tom Bean in Hope.
