With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karin June McCorkle in Hope, Arkansas, born in Waldo, Arkansas, who passed away on June 1, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Tompkins and Pearl Odom Tompkins; her husband James Dean McCorkle; and her siblings, Bobby Tompkins, Ressie Huckabee, Elsie Mae Allison and Vera Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Billy McCorkle (Kathy), Mike McCorkle (Marsha) and Brenda Zies; her grandchildren, Donna Coleman (Michael), Brock McCorkle (Kimberly), Leigh Ann Shockley (Brett), Melanie Ellwanger (Jamie) and David McCorkle; and her stepgrandchildren, Neal Impson, Emily Impson, Dustin Impson, Dexter Boyce (Niki) and Amanda Almand (Clint). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Memorials can be made to the Unity Baptist Church Youth Fund.
