She was predeceased by: her father Harold Edward Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Ramona "Mickey" Novilene Johnson of Prescott, AR; her brothers, Russell Edward Johnson (Dorothy) of Millington, TN and Steven Ray Johnson; her daughters, Bethanie Ann Nava and Rachel Alaine Cole of Fort Smith, AR; and her grandson Alejandro "Alex" Joaquin Nava.
