He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Maxfield-Conway; and his sons, Charlie Conway, Willie Charles Conway, Cleothes Conway and Fredrick Conway.
He is survived by: his children, Sealie Mae Hubbard of Piqua, OH, Johnnie Conway, Jr. (Doris) of Hope, AR, Thelma Enis (Lincoln) of Greenville, OH, Jennie Conway of Jonesboro, GA, David Conway (Quila) of Hope, AR and Helen Conway (Willie Lee) of Hope, AR; and his siblings, Verna Terry (Dan) of Hot Springs, AR, Roxan Dixon of Hot Springs, AR, Maxine Hannah (Greg) of Hot Springs, AR, David Conway and John H. Vickers (Nell). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives.
