He is survived by: his wife Betty Stone Parmer; his stepchildren, Karen Dougan (Jimmy) of Hope and Travis Stone of Texarkana, TX; his siblings, Herbert Parmer of Hope and Gwen Hill of Conroe, TX; and his grandson Jason Batson.
