She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Newsom and Winnie May Newsom; and her sisters, Eura Babe Smith and Ima D Walker. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Adair (Cathy) of Hope, AR and Paulette "Polly" Phillips (Benny) of Prescott, AR.; and her grandchildren, Kim Cox (Paul), James Phillips (Laurie), Timothy Adair (Meagan), Christa Coleman (Curtis) and Cynthia Meadows (Alan). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brazzel Oakcrest Chapel (1001 S Main St, Hope, AR 71801). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenview Cemetery.
