He was predeceased by: his grandson Michael Barnett. He is survived by: his children, Tommy Lewis (Vicki) of Hope, Carol Lewis and Kathy Hill; his sister Yvonne Rudman; his grandson Cody Barnett; and his great grandchildren, Felicity Barnett and Alaiyah Barnett.
