She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Rash and Manola Edington Rash; her husband Calvin Smith; and her siblings, Lewis Rash, Hudson Rash, Alvis Rash, Neva Johnston, Vera Barker and Glenda Rudder.
She is survived by: her children, David Smith of Hope, AR, Kathy Celestine (Tom) of Houston, TX and Ann Stephenson of Cave City, AR; and her grandchildren, Matthew Stephenson, Austin and Autumn Celestine. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
