She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Galloway and Bess Beavers Galloway; her husband Garland Smith; her siblings, Jeanette Flowers, Linda Bobo and Donald Galloway; her sister-in-law Peggy Galloway; her granddaughter Tracy Tullis; and her son-in-law Troy Hollis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patsy Hollis, Regina (Larry Tullis) and Shirley (Paul Sheets); her grandchildren, Devin, Tammy, Becky, Amanda, James, Brandon and Amy; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Flowers, J. C. Bobo and Gerry Galloway.
