He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Russell and Berlin Russell; and his sister Linda Crane. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Russell; his children, Shelby Chelsea Cox (Aaron) of Hope and Leslie Daniel Russell of New York, NY; his grandsons, Skyler Ray Powell and Wesley Charles Cox of Hope; and his siblings, Charles Russell of Hope, Tommy Russell (Ada) of Hope, Melba Skinner of Hope and Reba Morehead (Charles) of Bodcaw. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
