He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Rose and Rachel Taylor (Ruben); his wife Shahna Rose; his children, Caleb Girard, Alexis Neves, Payton Rose, Mykayla Rose and Paisley Rose; his siblings, Jon Rose (Stormy) and Shelby McRoy (Michael); his grandmother Brenda Rose; and his close friends, Ashley Herron and Matt Brawner.
