It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil David Clayton of Hope, Arkansas, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Buck" Clayton and Lucille Beard Clayton; his wife Deloris Ann Cato; his daughter Kimberly Ward; and his sister Joy Allen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracey Clayton Moore (Heath) of Hope, AR and Lisa Clayton Bobo of Hope, AR; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Smith (Shaun), Morgan Allen (Kirby), Maleigh Hodges (Chase) and Lakin Backus (Zach); his great grandchildren, Avie, Aspen Allen and Sylvie Smith; and his siblings, Bobby Clayton and Kay Roberts (Gerald). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
