He was predeceased by: his sisters, Janice Chambless and Betty Bain. He is survived by: his wife Pat Chambless; his children, Lisa Keeton (William) and Scott Chambless (Stephanie) of Hope; and his grandchildren, Blake Simmons, Aaron Cox, Grayson Chambless and Evan Chambless.
