She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Ward and Annie Ward; her siblings, Bill Ward and Syble McAteer; her sons-in-law, Todd Stiles and Carroll Purtle; and her grandchildren, Nathan Stiles, Jerry Briscoe, Joel Purtle, Elizabeth Purtle, Rebekah Purtle and Rachel Stiles.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Bobo; her daughters, Carla Briscoe (Ed) of Batesville, Sherri Rogers (Edwin Ray) of Stamps, Sharon Purtle of Jerusalem and Christa Bobo Neal of Bosque Farms; her siblings, Virginia Williams and Pete Ward; and her caregivers, Bernice and Southern. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home - Hope (403 S Main St, Hope, AR 71801). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the Holly Springs Cemetery.
