He was predeceased by: his parents, Vester Mason and Perna Taylor Mason; and his daughter Kristie Lynette Mason. He is survived by: his wife Gail Mason; his children, Samuel Mason of Bodcaw and Kimberley Hernandez (Lupe) of Bodcaw; his siblings, Tim Mason (Joyce) of Bodcaw, Wayne Mason (Kelly) of Little Rock and Susan Teague (Gary) of Camden; and his grandsons, Drake Mason, Corbin Mason and Christopher Hernandez.
