He is survived by: his children, Arlice Ray Pettit, Jr., April Johnson (Michael) and Jennifer Pettit; his brothers, John (Rosetta), Scott, Jerry and Kenneth Pettit; and his grandchildren, Michael Johnson, Deshon Johnson, Naziyah Johnson, Jamie Taylor, Athen Pettit, Zaden Pettit, Reilyssa Pettit, Royal Smith, Brittian Williams and Preston Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
