He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Spurlock Coffman; his daughters, Susan Coffman, Sylvia Boyd (Steele) and Ladon Lindsey; his grandchildren, Cameron, Elliot, Ethan Boyd and Dylan Ellis; and his siblings, James Coffman (Karen), Kathy Hicks (Raymond) and Anita Thiel (AL).
