We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021, at the age of 40, Derek Wesley Miller of Holly Grove, Arkansas, born in Blytheville, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Gene Miller and Glen Spurlock. He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Miller and Carolyn Miller; his brother Reagan Miller (Lacey); his niece Talia Jayne; his nephew Rhett Thomas; and his grandmothers, Flo Miller and Mary Frances Spurlock Coffman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
