She is survived by: her children, Kevin Gene Spurlock (Megan), Kami Clayton Chism (Paul), Cindy Vanpool and Carla Bell; her grandchildren, Zachary Carter, Kailee Carter (Zorn), Roman Spurlock, River Spurlock, Liam Spurlock, Lindsey Vanpool, Kerry Vanpool, Billy Spurlock, Nick Chism, Carson Bowser and Jeremy Spurlock; and her great grandchildren, Paisley Carter, Presley Carter and Jonathan Zorn.
