He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Head (Maher) and Anthony "Tony" Head; his former wife Clarice; and his brother Jerry Head. He is survived by: his wife Betty Mayberry (Mayberry) of Randolph; his children, Terry Head (Janell) of Ankeny, IA, Tom Head of Woodland Hills, CA and Cathy Hoch (Paul Pick) of Urbandale, IA; his stepchildren, Melanie Mayberry of Grimes, IA and Ken Mayberry (Lanette) of Lodi, WI; his grandson Matthew Hoch (Emily) of Windsor Heights, IA; and his stepchildren, Sarah Eggers (Jake) of Grimes, IA, Kyle Mayberry of Lodi, WI and Krista Mayberry of Lodi, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Imogene, Iowa or St. Edward Catholic Church in Cassville, Missouri.
