She was predeceased by: her parents, Brown Lamb and Nancy Melear; her husband Earnest Ballard; her son Jimmy Ballard; and her grandson Zach Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, Sharla Mitchell of Springdale, Darla Rasberry of Bentonville, Jackie Ballard of Orlando and Candace Garton of Springfield, Missouri.
