He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Winfred Brinegar and Mary Alice Larson Brinegar (Mamie); and his sisters, Inez Larson, Veda Cooper, Doris Edwards and Joy Cordova.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis (Karen) of Siloam Springs, Bonny (Larry Huls) of Westville, OK and Donna (Brian Dennis) of Siloam Springs, AR; his brother Winfred Brinegar (Jean) of Poteau, OK; his wife Nelda Carner; and also Pastor Carner. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
