William Lyman Moppin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Lyman Moppin (Hindsville, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Moppin and Reba Moppin (Rarden); and his sister Linda Lane. He is survived by: his wife Sara Moppin (Adams); his children, Will Gray of Kibler, Anthony Perry of Hot Springs and Krystal Gray of Cedarville; his siblings, Jerry D. Moppin (Debbie) of Hindsville, Becky Sanders (Billy) of Hindsville and Shirley Jones of Hindsville; and his grandchildren, Avery Gray and Caitlin Gray. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hindsville Chapel (4373 S Main St, Hindsville, AR 72738).
