He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrell Phillips and Mary Nadine Phillips; his brother Jerry Phillips; his son Toby Phillips; and his grandson Clayton Embry.
He is survived by: his wife Kerry Phillips; his children, Sarah Saintignon, Misty Embry (Matt), Angela Wood (Matt) and Jerry Don Ball (Kim); his grandchildren, Jesley Ball, Westin Ball, Serenity Ball, Shaleigh Ball, Luke Embry, Carson Wood, Lucy Embry and Morgan Wood; his siblings, Paula Wiley, Steve (Stephanie Phillips) and Keith Phillips; and his close friend Kenny Parsons. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westfield Chapel Funeral Home (3236 W Huntsville Ave, Springdale, AR 72762). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Burkshed Chapel (23085 Fate Anderson Rd, Hindsville, AR 72738).
