She is survived by: her son Kenneth Cook (Mary Jo) of West Plaines, Missouri; her grandchildren, Bethany Bailey and Blakley Cook; her great grandchildren, Addyson, Hadley, Quinn and Willow; her stepchildren, Philip Dunham (Laurie) of Tucson, AZ, Becky Whitaker (Jimmie) of Osceola, AR, Donna Downing of Tulsa, OK, Bill Dunham (Barb) of Wapello, IA and David Dunham (Jessica) of Huntsville, AR; her stepgrandchildren, Jared, Jacob, James, LeeAnn, Becky D., Matthew, Tommy, Emmeline, Irene, Sarah, Hannah, Molly and Luke; her stepgreat-grandchildren, James, Jasmine, Sadie, Jayden, Dela, Destiny, Alandra, Isabel and Lucian; her great great grandchild Janelle; and her siblings, Pauline Burgess, Don Hency and Bobby Hency. She is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews.
