He is survived by: his wife Earline Willbanks; his children, Shelby Holt (Chris), Conley Holt (Brandi), Shawna Cornelison (Jonathan) and Sumer Holt; his grandchildren, Hunter Holt, Hadley Holt, Jaylynn Cornelison and Sadie Cornelison; his sisters, Karen Tice (Barry) and Mary Holt; and his siblings-in-law, Earl Wilbanks, Jr. (Tracey), Lerla Pickard and Renee Wilbanks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.
