He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Alfred; his wife Ruby Fay; and his granddaughter Rose Alyn Stifle. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Stifle; his children, Audrey Stifle (David) of Searcy and Wendell Freeman Garrett (Beth); and his grandchildren, James, Jo Jo Stifle and Rebecca Bailey.
