It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Stephens of Higginson, Arkansas, born in Des Arc, Arkansas, who passed away on June 14, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Stephens; and his siblings, William, Wayne, Thelbert Stephens, Floyd Waggle and Bertha Tucker.
He is survived by: his children, Clyde Stephens (Angela) of Higginson, Tommy Stephens (Michelle) of Bakersville, CA, Jamie Anderson of Cabot, Michael Clause of Kensett, Brian Clause of Bentonville and Tammy Stephens-Oceguera; and his siblings, Arthur Stephens (Susie) of Searcy, Robert Stephens of Higginson, James Phillips of Drasco, Brenda Stephens of Higginson and Glenda Light (Arnold) of Heber Springs. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
