He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hershel, Margaret Hall, Roy and Minnie Swafford; his parents-in-law, Eddie and Kathy Askins; his brother-in-law Jeremy Askins; his aunt Barbara Lawson; and his uncle Daniel Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Kristie Swafford; his children, Tielyr, Jerikah (Blake), Phylicity (Kyle), Sydney (Aaron), Katie (Chris) and Andrew; his grandchildren, Ahnikah, Phoenixx, Rosabella, Giovanni, Phyn'Leigh, Paris, Hollynd, Kylee, Mauriana and Oakley; his parents, Dwayne Swafford and Annette Swafford; his siblings-in-law, Syndee Mosley (Jason) and Timmy Askins; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Fletcher (Jack), Brenda Plumb (Paul), Glen Swafford (Lucretia), Randy Swafford (Lilly) and Steve Lawson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and numerous friends.
